With stripped pine floors throughout and plenty of space to relax, The Cherries has a clean and open feel, while in winter the open fire and wood-burner provide some extra cosy warmth. An abundance of personal touches and delightful decor gives the cottage a unique and quirky ambience that helps make your holiday truly memorable.
Younger guests can entertain themselves for hours in the top-floor games room, which houses a pool table, table-football set, and an array of board games/toys.
The fully enclosed garden is accessed across the shared driveway and down some steps, and is the perfect place for dogs and children to expend some energy on the lawn, or for the family to enjoy a barbecue on the patio.

The light and airy double bedroom with its quirky map-covered ceiling offers views over the garden and surrounding countryside, while the twin room boasts large built-in wardrobes and bright crocheted throws. Guests wanting a room to themselves will love the pretty single bedroom with its original fireplace and dressing table.
The bathroom is located on the first floor, and is fitted with a shower over the corner bath, basin, toilet and shaver socket.
The attic games room offers a pool table, table football, a trunk full of board games and jigsaws, antique school desk as well as soft toys and a sofa – a fabulous space full of fun for the little ones.
The secure garden has a grassed lawn, flower borders, patio, table and chairs, lockable storage shed, barbecue and charcoal along with a clothes dryer. Reclining chairs, loungers and a parasol are available for guests to use, as are games including croquet, badminton, swingball and boules.
